Parish Administration

Administration Committee and Treasurer

The administration committee meets monthly to review the finances of the parish and consider new requests for financial disbursements.  It compiles budgets subject to vestry approval.  The treasurer, Bill Day, keeps the books of the Church.

Vestry

The Vestry is an elected group of six parishioners (communicants in good standing) who meet monthly with the Rector and wardens to pray, worship, consider new and old business, and follow God's call to the Church.  Vestry:  Earl Spangenberg, Gary Bushman, Diane Bywaters, Diane Willemarck, Kris Crubaugh, Pat McVeigh, and Deborah McCabe, Clerk

Wardens

The Senior Warden is the elected lay leader of the church, who meets weekly with the Rector to pray and watch out for the welfare of the Church.  The Junior Warden is the elected lay leader who works with the Senior Warden and the Rector to particularly care for the facility.  Senior Warden:  Jim Sachs; Junior Warden:  Ron Sutheimer

Buildings and Grounds

The Church of the Intercession has clean up days twice a year (spring and fall) and periodic work days to maintain the facility.  Volunteers help out with special cleaning, painting and other maintenance needs.

Office Help

Volunteers are needed to help out in the office answering phones, Xeroxing, etc. when the secretary is on vacation.  No "heavy" work is required.
